You can ride your bike in your swimming suit 

You can have your cake and eat it too

You can do good, you can do well

Tell those naysayers to go get help

For they too wish they could be you

See around corners and kitchen chairs

You won't stub your toe in the night

Or carry on with your child fright

For flowers bloom and rainbows blossom 

You are smart and you are awesome

So when you look back on your wedding day

You found that unicorn, you thought ran away

You can share your cake and eat a little more

Just remember communication is key

For sharing life's cake isn't free

Of emotion, whismy or whim

Sometimes funny, sometimes grim

For if you look inside yourself

You can unlock the many doors in your mind

To achieve your highest potential 

Just pedal oh so much more

The path is bumpy, the path is quick

Just do what you love and you won't get sick

But remember to follow the middle path

Excess won't set you free

Vices are not the nicest 

What's inside is most beautiful

Open up a little bit, let your beauty shine

So wear your sunscreen and buckle up

But it's okay to bend the rules

If you give yourself to others

Be honest and be true

Then you won't have to sing the Blues

Unless you like it with your cake

Then have a little with a side don't wait!
